Preliminary Project Management Services

- To prepare a feasibility study on the proposed development, including project valuation, project budget, project risks, project return and site surveys;
- To line up the Client, potential investors and private funds on formulating a joint investment portfolio on the proposed development;
- To assist the Client to obtain financial support from financial institutions;
- To assist the Client in the procurement for and appointment of the Architect and other professional consultants;
- To procure for, liaise and coordinate with professional consultants to apply for the Land Exchange, Lease Modification and Lot Extension to Lands Department for the proposed development;
- To procure for, liaise and coordinate with professional consultants to apply for the Permission Under Section 16 of The Town Planning Ordinance (CAP.131) for the proposed development;
- To develop a project brief with the Client, the Architect and other professional consultants, including master programme, project outcomes and quality aspirations;
Design and Planning Management Services

- To assist the Client in the design process to obtain a practicable project programme and budget for the development ;
- To manage and monitor all necessary applications for planning and building approvals with government bodies;
- To monitor design work progress and liaison between consultants;
- To monitor and optimize the programme and cost during the design development process;
- To implement and manage BIM system during design process to enhance and streamline workflows in achieving time and cost objectives.
Contract and Construction Management Services

- To advise the Client on contractors’ and consultants’ contractual arrangement;
- To assist the Client to procure necessary contractors and consultants;
- To prepare tender and contract documentation;
- To evaluate and analyse the tenders submitted by contractors and professional consultants for the Client;
- To manage and achieve the project timeline, cost and quality objectives;
- To assess and handle the payments to contractors and consultants;
- To utilize BIM system to execute project management including QS, Cost, programme monitoring and facility management.
